REIKI Energy healing sessions

Reiki works with the 7 Chakras. It helps to clear blockages and helps the person receiving to self-heal, release through Universal energy.

We begin our time together by setting intentions and I ask questions so that we can dive deep into what you are currently experiencing in your life.

 I believe Reiki is a sensory experience of Mind, Body & Soul, I like to use Spiritual tools to truly connect all parts so that you may feel more aligned and experience clarity.

Some of the tools I like to share with you are:

-Sound

In your session, you may experience heat, coolness, tingling or you may experience nothing on the surface, yet for a couple days after you may feel more calm, more in tune with your mind/ body/ soul. 

I have helped many Women to feel more deeply connected to themselves through bringing the unconscious to a conscious level through energy healing sessions. This allows for deeper alignment of mind, body & Soul.
