HOW I CAN HELP YOU
We meet via Zoom 1x fortnight to FEEL into creating goals specific to you and your needs to help you step into your HIGHEST potential, to reclaim your Goddess energy. It’s always been yours!
Coaching is spread out evenly over 3-6 months depending on the package you choose. (Six or twelve sessions total)

Includes:
- Pre-Coaching questionnaire where we dive DEEP to discover what it is you desire for your tailored sessions.
- Intention setting session where we formulate the basis of our sessions together. We get CLEAR.
- Remaining five or eleven, juicy and EXPANSIVE 60-minute sessions each fortnight.
- Extensive SUPPORT via email to assist you to integrate in between sessions. (a reply within 24 hours)
- PERSONALISED practices to facilitate optimal energy and grounding-based on Energy Healing, Yoga, Fitness, Spiritual rituals and/or exercises.
