I am a Leo/Leo/Aquarius in Astrology and a 6/2 Generator in Human Design. I am your biggest Cheerleader and hype girl and I want to see you live your best life! Part of my Human Design is helping Women to flourish!
I started my journey working with Women firstly as a Personal Trainer over 13 years ago. I soon noticed how much the physical was underpinned by the emotional and there started my journey in helping Women beyond just the physical body.
I went on a healing Retreat in Bali in 2019 that truly changed my life. I soon after enrolled in a Yoga teaching course, Women's Circle course, Reiki healing, Life Coaching and Rebirthing Breathwork. I spent years helping Women to understand themselves on a deep level. I also started Women's Retreats where Women could be free of responsibility and truly unwind and receive.
After a few years of serving Women in healing and coaching modalities, I discovered Human Design. I had never felt like something was meant for me at such a visceral level. I consumed every bit of information that I could! I enrolled in a Human Design course and could not wait to tell everyone about it and start to do 1-1 readings.
My passion lies in helping people achieve their goals. I love Personal Training, teaching Yoga and I am currently enrolled in a Pilates course. I feel my skills are unique in helping people physically, mentally and emotionally.
I am a Wife, mother of two adults now 22 & 19 and I am practically using my skills and gifts as a 6/2 profile in Human Design to help other Women understand themselves on a deeper level, it is a true gift.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts/ music, walking and exercising.
